Florence, Italy

A "Living Statue" at the Uffizi -- Here is one of several performance artists who cover themselves in white plaster, stand perfectly still and occasionally strike various poses to interact with their audience. Immediately to her left in an alcove is a 19th-century depiction of Dante.

This photo was taken with the Canon Pro70 digital camera.
