Kapaa at dawn -- Just outside my room at the Hotel Coral Reef, my three-hour jetlag got me out of bed in time for the sunrise over the eastern shore of the Garden Isle, which took place around 5:50 am. 

This photo is taken with the Canon Pro70 digital camera, which became my only means of recording the images from the trip, after having misloaded the film in my Leica M6.
