The Great Ocean Road, Victoria

Transient Sentinels -- The punishing surf of the Southern Pacific Ocean is rapidly reducing the limestone sea cliffs of southern Australia into sand beaches.  The erosion of sheer precipices into caves, arches, coves, rocks and finally sand can be observed within one's lifetime.
