Bellagio, Italy

The ultimate tourist trap -- Unless the traveler is actually staying at one of the elegant hotels lining up the waterfront here, he is likely to have spent hours getting here by car, bus or the lake ferry, only to find the place one big cafe-souvenir shop.  This transgression is easily forgiven, however, given the town's seductive locale.
